Return & Cancellation Policy
At Wilkii, LLC d/b/a Wilkii , we value clarity and simplicity. Please review the following terms regarding membership cancellations, refunds, and product replacements.
Membership Cancellations & Refunds
- Auto-Renewal: All memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. Reminder emails are sent before each renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@wilkii.com. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles only.
Refund Eligibility:
Because we ship your complete 90-Day SHAPE Bundle upfront, all sales are final once your order ships.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Physical Products Included with Membership
Your membership includes your complete 90-Day SHAPE Bundle (journals and supporting materials) shipped upfront.
These items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- If your items arrive damaged or something is missing, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@wilkii.com.
- Your email must include a photo of the damage and your order number.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Wilkii does not offer exchanges on membership products at this time.
